I can hardly contain my excitement because I just returned from meeting Winnie, my new neighbor dog friend. Nancy left her phone at home, so I don’t have any photos yet. However, I’m certain you’ll hear all about our fantastic new neighbors in my blog. So, would you like to hear how I met Winnie? Well, even if you don’t, I’m going to tell you because I can’t think of anything else better to write about than Winnie. After I finished eating, we were outside when Sam, our new neighbor, asked if we wanted the dogs to meet. Naturally, Nancy agreed. Although she didn’t particularly need my leash, she put me on it for our first encounter. They have a fenced in yard, so we chose to have our first playtime in their backyard. If I am correct, Winnie was very respectful to me since I have lived here longer. I have such a good feeling about my new friend. Some would judge me because I am a poodle, but not Winnie or the cool new neighbors.
It was already a pleasant day when I met Winnie and her companions. However, I was thrilled to hear Jennifer (new neighbor) discussing taking walks with our dogs. I nearly had to pee in front of everyone when I heard that because I was so excited. Honestly, my walks with Nancy could be a bit more interesting. There’s a limit to the number of stories she can tell during our walks before I begin to lose interest. So, I am looking forward to welcoming our neighbors on our walks.
We visited Nancy’s brothers at the farm yesterday. I had a great time playing fetch and spending time with them. I genuinely believe they like me. It was amusing when they attempted to analyze my mindset during the fetch game we were playing. After all, we are intelligent dogs, so let them try to figure us out because we are smarter than most people. We are so intelligent that we don’t even attempt to analyze humans!
