You might assume I’m a dog who can withstand any temperature, but guess what? I was completely frozen this morning! Even my beloved orange ball couldn’t entice me to stay outdoors. It’s time to dig out my muttluks and all my cozy coats. You see, I have a collection of hand-me-downs from my canine siblings, Calvin, Oliver, Eve, Allegro, Serenade, and Louie. Some of these coats I refuse to wear at my own house.

I’m curious to know what all my readers do when it’s freezing cold. However, I acknowledge that some of you reside in warmer climates. This blog serves as a reminder of the arduous nature of Minnesota winters. For those of us remaining here, we must endure these conditions. Nevertheless, I firmly believe that we possess the ability to become exceptionally creative in the face of extreme cold or heat.
How about a fun trip to the farm today? I love hiding under the kitchen table while my humans play card games. It’s my secret spot, and they never even notice me! I know some dogs are trained to be service dogs, but I’m not sure I want to go through all of the necessary classes. Maybe I could get an honorary service dog award instead? I’ll keep dreaming big, even if it’s just for now!
Oh well, we didn’t venture out to the farm. It is too cold for me to run outside, so we will wait until this cold spell is over.
