As promised, I eagerly report on the visit of Nancy’s nephew, Paul’s family. To my surprise, their new son Lucas (just turned one year old) was not afraid of me, though slightly skeptical. Lucas is  a bundle of joy.  While I usually can’t play fetch in the house, an exception was made upon their visit.   After I gave Lucas a quick kiss, I realized that I overstepped my boundary with him when he began to cry (only a little)….

How many people get excited about cleaning up leaves in the fall?   Oh, you guessed it!    My human companions bought the bag system to dump leaves into bags. This event  has left Nancy gathering leaves in a giddy light-headed manner.    I suppose if one has to pick up the leaves in the yard, it might as well be fun.  Besides, those leaves could have the potential to hide my poops and that certainly would not be fun…

Believe it or not, I do have some advice…

I mean, really, if you had a choice to be in your cave at home or be given the whole backseat of the car, wouldn’t you choose to drive into the city as well? Besides, it’s not like I was restricted to the backseat for the whole trip. I had various places that I was allowed to enter.    I find it rather interesting to scope…

Some things around our house, I have no valid input.  Oh sure, I can voice my opinion on my dog throws and beds.  But, when it comes to to real decor, it doesn’t matter tremendously. Besides, people will enter our home and guess whtat they will notice?  Me!   Yup, I am a distraction whether they like me or not! Window treatments interest me about as much as  what coffee beans Nancy is grinding for her morning coffee.   I…
