As I peer outside today, I see our huge tree swaying ferociously and I am thankful for its firm foundation.   The sunrise is a masterpiece of whites and blues rather than bright orange and yellows.   The attempted  subtle pink horizon is slowly fading in with the clouds to exit the morning stage.   It is a day that I so appreciate those firm foundations both in the sunrise moments and my life here with my humans.

Once again, Nancy pleaded with her tax accountant to add  me as a dependent.  Perhaps if I was an official “therapy dog” she could take me as a dependent.  Seriously, contrary to what many of you think, we try not to be codependent.  What can I say, I love hanging out with Greg and Nancy and vice versa!

I realize this blog is rather random, so why not move to the  subject of opening day of the Minnesota Twin’s baseball in Minnesota.    Popcorn is being popped for the game and Greg and I have had our naps.   I am so excited for baseball season to be back because I love watching the games with Greg.  His cheering can be a bit overwhelming at times; but, he doesn’t seem to get as angry at the baseball players as the Minnesota Viking’s football players.    Good thing, because there are a lot more baseball games  than football games  in their seasons.    And now, let’s watch baseball!
