I suppose you are wondering what day seven will entail to spread joy? I am learning that many of the days to spread joy  are intertwined.  Not all of the joy spreaders can include me to assist in the mission.   I can try to change that.

On Christmas, Nancy and Greg went to an assisted-living home to sing, without me. Even though I don’t have the paperwork for being a licensed therapy dog, I could be such a joy spreader for those folks.   The time has come for me to research alternatives so that I can go visit people that need a dose of a happy dog.

Today, as Nancy was reading out loud the  Susie Larson’s Daily Blessings, I heard her quote, “Don’t  postpone joy.”  I like that!  If you can seize a moment to spread joy, just do it!    Nike really was wise to  market that phrase, “Just do it!”   I am being rather evasive here, aren’t I?  What is day 7 to spread joy?   I am not even sure now either.    Let’s see, oh yah, go sing at an assisted living place, retirement home – whatever!   Sing and spread joy!

P.S.   The orange ball in my mouth prepares me  to sing with an open throat 🥰.
